Responsibilities:

• Passionate about the guest experience.
• We offer 50 different burgers and 50 different tap beers in a fun upbeat atmosphere.
• Overseeing multiple restaurant locations within your designated area
• Working closely with the Partnership/Corporate group to maintain brand standards and financial targets.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Team to recruit, hire, train, and retain talented managers who align with the company's goals.
• Coach, Develop, and Manage a team of 80+
• Oversee all Guest Related Services.
• Adhere to all Restaurant standards and specs.
• Communicate effectively with General Managers and teams.
• Follow Health & Safety regulations.
• Strong Communication & time management skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends & holidays.
• Manage Food and Labor Costs.
• Interview and assist in hiring managers for market.
• Ensure all required programs are accurate and complete.
• Oversee Weekly Inventory and Scheduling.
• Make sure restaurant is clean and well organized.
• Maintain a fun friendly work atmosphere for employees and guests.
• Helps maintain staffing levels.
• Overall food quality and Presentation.

• Ability to set goals and achieve them. hold others to goals and help them.
