The Senior Accountant will lead financial activities such as statement preparation, analysis, and internal control management while supervising accounting staff. They must possess advanced Excel skills and knowledge of GAAP, with experience in NetSuite and real estate accounting considered advantageous.

• Preparing financial statements
• Financial analysis

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• GAAP knowledge is required
• ADVANCED Excel Skills and Knowledge
• Several years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• Real Estate Accounting is a plus
