P/T Maintenance Technician - GSA

BlueLine Property Management is seeking a professional, hardworking motivated team player for a part-time maintenance technician position in Cheyenne, WY. Responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet the company's established standards and any applicable laws. A successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, have patience with a challenging population, and is a team player. Must diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as electrical, plumbing, exterior, and appliance. Will also be on-call.

Qualified candidates must possess the following skills in addition to being motivated and positive self-starters:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills;
• Strong customer service;
• Ability to maintain the physical condition of the community as well as complete maintenance requests for residents and unit turns;
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends for on-call;
• Basic tools required;

Additional knowledge/experience:

• Fair Housing experience or we will provide training

Physical Characteristics: The position requires the following:

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, proof of insurance; and acceptable background checks.

Schedule: Part-time

Wage: $20 - $22/hr. DOE
