Position Overview: We are in search of an ambitious and dynamic Assistant Vehicle Sales Manager to oversee a team of 7-14 retail and internet sales professionals. The ideal candidate will possess automotive industry experience, a proven track record of success, and aspirations for advancement within our organization. Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of automotive sales staff
• Establish sales targets, monitor progress, and motivate the team to surpass quotas
• Provide guidance to enhance sales performance and facilitate deal closures
• Forecast sales projections for upcoming periods
• Address customer inquiries and concerns as needed
• Conduct regular sales meetings and maintain CRM platform for customer retention and acquisition
• Uphold customer satisfaction as a top priority
• Prepare and present reports to dealership management
• Assist in trade evaluations

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales experience essential
