Position Overview:
We're in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, delivering timely and accurate responses via various channels.
- Aid customers with order placement, product inquiries, pricing, and general assistance, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, production, shipping) to address customer needs and swiftly resolve issues.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions, orders, and inquiries utilizing our CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, elevating the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Preferable background in customer service or related fields.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
