Position Overview:

We're in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, delivering timely and accurate responses via various channels.
  • Aid customers with order placement, product inquiries, pricing, and general assistance, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, production, shipping) to address customer needs and swiftly resolve issues.
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions, orders, and inquiries utilizing our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, elevating the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Preferable background in customer service or related fields.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
