Station Supervisor - Ramp Coordinator Airport

Role Overview: As the Station Supervisor, you will ensure operational excellence, overseeing the Ramp Services Coordinators and managing vendor relationships. This position is central to maintaining high standards of safety and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ramp Coordinator Supervision: Direct daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure safety compliance. Engage in recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring compliance with safety and customer experience standards. Manage inventory and procurement related to facility operations.
• Vendor Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with vendors, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, with supervisory experience.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven ability to work under pressure.
• Certifications: Must be able to obtain a Non-SIDA airport badge and pass a Non-DOT pre-employment drug screen.
