Job summary
Passenger Service Ramp Coordinator effectively manages and performs the weight and balance functions in conformance with aircraft specifications, limitations, safety procedures and standards.
The expected pay rate is $21.50/hr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.
Your activities
  • Oversee flight pre-planning, and post flight, seats, baggage and cargo utilization
  • Liaise with various divisions such as ramp, cargo, passenger, catering, government agencies, etc. to collate data and to inform them of airlines standards and procedures
  • Collect and present all documentation required by carrier before flight departure
  • Communicate all information required by operating crew as well collaborate in maximizing load capacity with them
  • Dispatch all messages as required during pre and post flight
  • Compile and deliver flight documentations as required by customer
  • Other duties that may be assigned in relation to flight operations

Your profile
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum six (6) months experience
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) in English
  • Internal and external customer relations skills
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
