Job description

We are looking for an experienced Planning Coordinator to support administrative and scheduling activities for a Contract assignment in Solvang, California. This onsite opportunity is well suited for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing day-to-day coordination in a fast-paced setting. The role will focus on planning support, calendar oversight, communication handling, and general administrative assistance during a 3-4 month coverage period.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily planning activities and provide administrative support to keep workflows organized and on schedule.
• Manage calendars, arrange appointments, and maintain scheduling accuracy for internal teams and related stakeholders.
• Respond to inbound calls professionally, route inquiries appropriately, and document important information for follow-up.
• Support planning and development tasks by tracking timelines, preparing updates, and helping maintain operational continuity.
• Assist with office coordination duties, including organizing records, communications, and routine administrative documentation.
• Work onsite Tuesday through Thursday and provide dependable coverage throughout the assigned leave period.
• Collaborate with team members to address scheduling changes, priorities, and emerging administrative needs in a timely manner.• At least 1 year of experience in planning, scheduling, or administrative coordination roles.
• Background in administrative support with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Experience handling inbound phone calls and communicating clearly with a range of contacts.
• Strong calendar management and scheduling skills in a detail-focused work environment.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Solvang, California on a Tuesday through Thursday schedule.
• Prior exposure to home health environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during a Contract assignment.
