We have an exciting opportunity for a Vice President, Corporate Executive Program. The VP, Corporate Executive Program will lead the design, build, and national rollout of a corporate executive-focused wealth planning platform. They will also be responsible for identifying and developing national and regional corporate executive planning opportunities. This role is responsible for transforming a high-value client segment into a scalable, repeatable revenue engine by delivering specialized planning solutions to corporate executives with complex equity compensation and liquidity needs. This is a strategic growth mandate focused on driving AUM, increasing revenue per client, and establishing a differentiated market position. This is a remote position.

Job Functions
Building and leading the executive planning platform
  • Design and implement a scalable executive wealth planning offering
  • Develop standardized frameworks for:
  • Equity compensation planning
  • Tax and liquidity modeling
  • Diversification strategies for concentrated positions
  • Create repeatable tools, deliverables, and client engagement models

Drive revenue and growth monetization
  • Lead execution of high-margin revenue strategy targeting corporate executives
  • Capture and grow revenue across:
  • AUM-based portfolio management
  • Planning and advisory fees
  • Event-driven opportunities (IPO, M&A, secondary sales)

Activate existing pipeline opportunities
  • Identify executive prospects within current HNW client base and advisor relationships
  • Embed specialized expertise into live opportunities to accelerate close rates
  • Partner with CRP/CPA alliances to unlock executive client opportunities
  • Drive near-term revenue realization while building long-term infrastructure

Advisor enablement & Distribution
  • Train and equip advisors to win and serve executive clients
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and messaging for executive segments
  • Support advisors in complex client situations and high-stakes liquidity events
  • Improve advisor productivity and conversion rates through specialization

Scale the platform nationally (2027+)
  • Establish a centralized specialist team supporting advisors nationwide
  • Expand advisor adoption across the firm
  • Develop corporate partnerships and executive program channels
  • Build a repeatable, enterprise-wide growth engine

Education/Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business; finance, economics or related
  • 10+ years in wealth management, with deep experience serving HNW/UHNW clients
  • Demonstrated expertise in:
  • Equity compensation (RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, ESPPs)
  • Concentrated stock and diversification strategies
  • Tax-aware financial planning
  • Proven ability to build and scale a new business line, platform, or specialty offering
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • FINRA licenses (Series 7/63/65/66) or willingness to obtain, if applicable.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the RIA model and wealth management industry.
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Workday preferred
