Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a Jr. Planner to join our team and help support production scheduling, customer communication, and on-time delivery performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, solving problems, and building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Support daily production planning and scheduling activities
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and scheduling updates
  • Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Shipping teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Monitor open orders and identify potential delays or scheduling concerns
  • Maintain accurate information within the ERP/MRP system
  • Assist with prioritizing jobs based on customer demand and production capacity
  • Prepare reports related to scheduling, backlog, and delivery performance
  • Help drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up

What We're Looking For
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
