Join Our Team as a Receptionist / Accounts Receivable!

Excel Electric is looking for a Receptionist / Accounts Receivable clerk to join our team in Longmont, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, and assisting with accounts receivable tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls
• Handle the accounts receivable duties, including processing payments and invoices
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding process
• Assisting with employee benefits
• Logging/tracking Apprentice hours and continuing education requirements for Journeyman

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with Quickbooks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
