💵 Salary: $150,000- $173,000 base salary, bonus and relocation eligible

Role and Responsibilities:

• 🌙 Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekends; includes rotating calls with managers.
• 🚀 Lead a Level III NICU with a daily census of 75 and oversight of 99 beds.
• 🤝 Direct the overall function, staffing, and budget monitoring of the NICU.
• 📈 Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes.
• 💼 Develop policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory standards to ensure efficient and patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
• 📜 Active RN license in Texas or a compact state.
• ❤️ Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS and specialized certifications like NRP preferred.
• 🏥 Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role within healthcare required.
