We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to join our team. As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.


Social Media Agent Responsibilities:
  • Assist with event planning, including researching venues, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate event logistics, such as venue setup, equipment rentals, and catering orders.
  • Help manage event budgets and track expenses.
  • Assist with event marketing and promotion activities, such as creating promotional materials and coordinating with the marketing team.
  • Support the registration process, including managing RSVPs, maintaining guest lists, and sending out event confirmations.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setting up and dismantling event spaces, assisting with guest registration, and handling any event-related issues.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Previous experience in event planning or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other event management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professional and polished appearance.
