About Us: AB Facility Services, a leading privately held construction and real estate service organization with a combined 90+ years of experience in delivering high-quality projects and services, is looking for a full-time Mechanical Service Manager to oversee our mechanical services division, ensuring operational excellence and superior customer satisfaction.
Job Summary: The Mechanical Service Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our mechanical services division, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and/or Facilities Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the mechanical services department.
- Manage and coordinate mechanical projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Lead a team of technicians, providing training and development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman or Master HVAC License or applicable experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within the mechanical services industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
