Marketing Lead Generation/Content Specialist
Job Description:
The Marketing Lead Generation / Content Specialist creates and executes marketing strategies to increase new channels of lead generation and support other corporate objectives. Primary responsibilities include creating, implementing and measuring marketing campaigns, optimizing customer and prospect engagement across all marketing channels, optimizing salesforce effectiveness, and creating business reporting analytics. The Lead Generation Manager works closely with members of the sales, customer service and the executive team to achieve objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide lead generation and campaign support for sales team
Lead the creation of targeted lead lists
Develop content for sales, Pitch decks, social and email campaign support
Work with Sales leadership to manage campaign automation software
Experienced in marketing automation software such as Mail chimp, Hubspot or Marketo
Manage the strategic optimization and day-to-day aspects of the company's social media channels.
Work with sales team to create content the can be shared on their social channels
Own all lead acquisition metrics including budgeting, MQL/SQL, and conversion metrics
Monitor real-time data to support the day to day optimization of digital marketing channels
Develop and maintain reporting across social channels to understand ROI and growth opportunities. Show measurements that reflect the growth and impact of all platforms.
Aid in the strategy and development of ad creative and audience building and targeting
Organizational Alignment
Reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Fosters close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders, department heads, sales support personnel and executive management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in area of specialty, and at least 2-5 years working in the field or related area
A track record of delivering sales growth through marketing initiatives in a B2B setting
Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures specializing in new business development as well as selling additional products and/or services to a base of accounts.
