Program Director for Child Care Center

Join our fast growing, high quality early learning team! We are seeking highly motivated, like-minded early learning professionals to join in our mission to raise the academic, social, developmental, and cognitive levels of preschool and school aged children.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desired
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Related Field.
• 3 Years Experience as a Director in a Center with at least 50 children.
• Have experience with Pre-K Counts or PHLpreK programs.
• Experience working in a Keystone Star 3 or Higher environment.
• Has working knowledge of Creative Curriculum, Teaching Strategies Gold, and ITERS, ECRES, and SACERS.
• Proficiency in creating professional letters and memos in MS Word, creating spreadsheets in Excel, emailing, scanning documents and sending as an attachment to email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional presentation.
• Be able to develop and maintain an inclusionary spirit of cooperation and teamwork among staff.
• Possess all required Clearances, Degrees, Credits for PA DHS per 3270 Child Care Requirements as a Program Director
• Must possess valid Driver's License.
