Responsibilities
Client Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from clients, assisting with policy information, claims processing, and general questions.
Policy Support: Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and billing inquiries to ensure accurate and efficient service.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized service to exceed their expectations.
Continuous Training: Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and company updates to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Requirements
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer information and policy documentation.
