Position Overview:
As an Allstate Sales Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience. In this position, high-quality leads will be provided to you. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients to offer your knowledge and expertise, matching them with products that fit their unique needs. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support on a variety of insurance-related matters.
Please note, this remote role requires prior Allstate experience or relevant sales experience to be considered.
Responsibilities:
  • Follow-up on provided leads to offer product knowledge and insurance policies based on customer needs.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
