Associate Attorney

Overview: We have an opportunity for an Associate Attorney with civil litigation experience to join our Charlotte, NC location. When you join our team of legal professionals you can expect to be given significant responsibility and have immediate involvement with litigation matters. We want our associates to take depositions, prepare and argue motions, and have case management responsibility.

Skills / Qualifications: We are looking for litigation attorneys with the following:

• JD from accredited law school
• North and South Carolina Bar admission is strongly preferred
• Current North or South Carolina Bar admission, with the ability to obtain the other state license within a year
• 2-5 years of litigation experience (product liability or commercial litigation preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Trial experience preferred
