What We Look For...
We are looking for a rockstar Banquet Manager to efficiently execute proper set up, service, and breakdown of assigned banquet functions and manage a great team.
The Key Responsibilities
- Manage, organize and prioritize multiple projects and/or tasks to meet deadlines
- Monitor function during peak period to oversee production flow and presentation
- Responsible for enhancing the function ensure complete guest satisfaction
- Develop strong customer relations through frequent communication and the use of professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction
- Responsible for scheduling and payroll processing
- Manage banquet servers and work in a team environment
The Model Qualifications
- 2+ years Banquet experience
- 1+ year management experience
- Exceptional banquet operations skills
