Customer Service Representative

Full position is open for enthusiastic, outgoing, sales associate. Help customers with their shipping, printing and packing needs as well as make them aware of all our services. Must be customer service/sales oriented. Experience and Knowledge with Word, Excel helpful. Must be able to learn new technologies and office equipment. Someone that is looking for 35-40 hours a week and available for Saturday and Sunday shifts.

This UPS Store is a locally owned and operated business and not part of UPS. Great, friendly place to work.

Responsibilities and Duties

Communicates effectively with customers
Develops and maintains accurate customer files based on production work flow
Develops as a team player and is critical to the production process
Consistently follows up on production activity using various communication methods (telephone, email, etc.)
Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
Packages shipments for safe arrival, including assembling stock boxes, building custom boxes, and properly cushioning contents
Understands and fulfills the needs of walk-in customers and telephone/email inquiries
Develops as a team player and is critical to the production process
Operates and maintains print and finishing equipment
Communicates effectively with customers
Helps with other Center functions as needed, such as faxing, copying, laminating, and binding
Takes action to learn NEW products, services, alternative solutions, and industry trends as well as occasionally reviewing/retraining on lesser used services
Qualifications and Skills

No experience needed! Looking for someone that is highly motivated and willing to learn.
