Overview
A respected Partner at our firm is seeking a reliable, discreet, and professional Personal Driver. This is a full-time W-2 position requiring a flexible schedule, including availability during evenings, weekends, and out-of-town travel as part of a storm response team. In addition to transportation responsibilities, this role will provide support for firm events and assist the Building Manager with various office and facility-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for the Firm's Partner and others, as needed
  • Operate a variety of vehicles, including Sprinter Vans and RVs
  • Ensure vehicles are maintained, fueled, and clean at all times
  • Monitor traffic, weather, and road conditions to ensure on-time arrivals
  • Assist with errands and other transportation-related tasks
  • Remain available on-call for flexible and responsive scheduling needs
  • Travel with the storm response team as needed
  • Support firm events through preparation, setup, breakdown, and logistical assistance
  • Complete store runs and purchase supplies for events, office needs, and special projects
  • Assist the Building Manager with office, facility, and operational tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license; CDL not required but preferred
