Job Title: Executive Assistant / Personal Driver
Position Type: Full-time
Location: No fixed office location, generally around the LA area (90067)
Salary Range:
  • USD $6,000 - $10,000 per month
  • Overtime will be paid in accordance with California law.
Work Schedule:
  • Schedule will vary based on the executive's needs and commitments.
  • Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends is required.
Job Description:
QC Capital and Consulting LLC is seeking a reliable, professional, and highly adaptable Executive Assistant to provide direct support to an executive.
This position is dedicated exclusively to supporting the executive's day-to-day activities and responsibilities. The role does NOT involve company operations, office administration, or support of other employees.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, discreet, dependable, and comfortable handling a wide variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Executive Transportation
  • Safely transport the executive to meetings, appointments, events, airports, and other destinations.
  • Plan efficient travel routes based on traffic and scheduling needs.
  • Remain flexible and available for schedule changes throughout the day.
  • Ensure punctual arrivals and departures.
Company Vehicle Management
  • Maintain company vehicles in clean, well-presented, and excellent operating condition.
  • Monitor fuel levels and ensure vehicles are fueled as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, repairs, detailing, and car washes.
  • Perform regular vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with service providers when necessary.
Executive Support
  • Coordinate appointments, reservations, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle errands, purchases, deliveries, and other assignments as directed.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the executive.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required. Valid California Driver License with an excellent driving record.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.
  • Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and mobile applications.
