Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and highly trustworthy General Support Specialist/Driver to provide day-to-day support for executives in both business and personal environments. This is a highly flexible role for someone who is comfortable wearing many hats and handling a wide variety of responsibilities including driving, errands, vehicle care, property support, deliveries, light maintenance projects, and general operational assistance.
This position requires professionalism, discretion, strong work ethic, and a high level of confidentiality. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, resourceful, and willing to jump in wherever needed. This is a full-time position, but days and hours worked will vary depending upon needs.
This is not a desk job. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in the field, handling physical tasks, responding to changing priorities, and supporting a wide range of operational and executive needs.
Essential Responsibilities
Executive Transportation
  • Safely transport executives to meetings, airports, appointments, and events
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion during all transportation duties
  • Ensure punctual arrivals and efficient route planning
  • Assist with loading/unloading materials, luggage, or supplies

Errands & General Support
  • Run business and personal errands
  • Pick up and deliver packages, supplies, and equipment
  • Assist with miscellaneous day-to-day requests and operational needs
  • Respond quickly to changing priorities and urgent requests

Vehicle Care & Maintenance
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of executive vehicles
  • Coordinate fueling, servicing, inspections, and repairs
  • Monitor vehicle conditions and report maintenance concerns promptly

Property & Project Support
  • Assist with light maintenance and small projects at office or residential properties
  • Coordinate and oversee vendors or service providers when needed
  • Handle basic repairs, organization projects, and operational support tasks
  • Support setup, cleanup, and hands-on assignments as requested

Operational Assistance
  • Support executives and leadership team with various operational needs
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all company and personal matters
  • Assist with special projects and miscellaneous support duties as assigned

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
  • Must successfully pass:
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
• Criminal background check
• Pre-employment drug screening
  • Strong reliability and attendance record
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work outside standard hours when needed
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with physical and hands-on work
  • Basic mechanical, maintenance, or handyman skills strongly preferred
