A successful, Grammy-winning Artist/Producer/Musician/Executive is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive/Personal Assistant to provide seamless support across both professional and personal matters. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting a musician, celebrity, entertainment executive, or similar high-profile principal.


This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, flexibility, and a true service-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted right hand to the Principal, helping keep both business and personal affairs running smoothly. Must be proactive, organized, have a 24/7 mentality and have flexibility on weekends. Candidates with studio and equipment experience/knowledge are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling across professional and personal commitments
  • Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Assist with trip preparation, including packing and unpacking for frequent travel
  • Serve as a liaison between the Principal, manager, studio staff, and other key stakeholders
  • Oversee studio maintenance, repairs, appointments, and equipment upkeep
  • Greet and accommodate guests during studio sessions
  • Manage household operations, including scheduling vendors, service providers, and maintenance appointments for home and studio property
  • Coordinate with household staff, including chefs, dog walkers and housekeepers
  • Schedule and manage personal and professional appointments, including medical appointments
  • Run personal and professional errands as needed
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure the Principal remains organized and prepared at all times
  • Drive as needed
  • Assist with pet care for two small dogs


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant and/or Personal Assistant experience
  • Prior experience supporting a musician, celebrity, entertainment professional, or comparable high-profile executive strongly preferred
  • Must be comfortable with dogs
  • Studio operations and music industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Highly proactive with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Flexible schedule, availability on weekends and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable vehicle, valid CA driver's license, and insurance required

Compensation & Benefits: $95,000-$100,000 DOE + healthcare benefits.
