We're looking for a Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician who wants solid pay, elite training, and the chance to be part of a team that works hard, wins together, and doesn't settle for average.

What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems: walk-ins, ice machines, rooftop units, splits, and more.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
  • Handle service calls independently while keeping communication professional and clear.
  • Build client trust by delivering solutions that last.
  • Log jobs accurately in ServiceTitan and order parts as needed.

What It Takes
  • 3+ years' experience in Commercial HVAC/R service.
  • EPA Universal Certification (required).
  • Valid driver's license, clean record.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently.
  • Bonus: NATE certification, EMS/controls experience, OSHA training.
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs and follow all safety protocols.
