Caring Angels Home Care is looking for dynamic part-time and full-time Physical Therapists for our Home based Pediatric patients. This position pays up to $125,000.00 salary and offers a competitive benefits package including Medical and Dental insurance, 401k Plan after 3 months of employment, 27 Paid Time Off Days and 9 Paid Holidays. Fee For Service is available at $100.00 rate per 30-minute session for Independent Contractors. The option to cover Caseload on Weekends is available.

Our part-time and full-time positions offer therapists the option to have a personal driver pick you up from your home and drive you to your cases and then back home. Currently, we are the only agency in New York that offers this unique door-to-door car service!

Physical Therapist Job Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, planning, implementation, treatment and documentation of patient status for home care patients. Supports organization's mission to provide the highest quality care by complying with regulatory guidelines, meeting agency standards, and obtaining appropriate certification.

Education

  • Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association, or both.
  • Licensed in New York State as a Physical Therapist.
