Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training curricula specifically tailored for property management, with a strong focus on beachfront property management processes.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address gaps in skills and knowledge across the organization.
- Program Implementation and Management: Manage the rollout and execution of training initiatives, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and high-quality delivery.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using feedback and performance metrics to make data-driven improvements.
- Technology Integration: Employ advanced technology solutions for training delivery to enhance learning experiences and access.
- Compliance and Regulatory Training: Keep staff updated with the latest property management regulations and standards, particularly for beachfront properties.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment.
- Leadership and Staff Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of training professionals, promoting an environment of continuous learning and career progression.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to align training programs with the strategic goals of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Over 7 years of property management experience, including at least 5 years in managing beachfront property processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Fair housing certified (preferred)
