Salary: $100,000 annually

Wood River Federal (WRF) is seeking a corporate IT manager/Facility Security Officer (FSO) to support its growing organization. Wood River Federal is a holding company that provides back office and administrative support to three subsidiary companies that provide IT and professional services to Federal Government clients. WRF's corporate infrastructure is very limited with less than 20 remote/hybrid users. Most corporate files are housed in a M365 enterprise cloud.

 

WRF is looking for an innovative, forward-thinking candidate who is familiar with the entire M365 suite of admin tools including Entra, InTune, and Defender. The successful candidate will maintain current systems and ensure compliance with all applicable standards.


The successful candidate will also serve as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for all WRF companies. There is ample training available for FSO responsibilities. Familiarity with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) is desired but not required. The successful candidate must either have or be eligible to obtain a Top Secret clearance.


Respnsibilities include:

  • NIST 800-171/CMMC Level 3 Compliance
    • Manage, update, and enforce corporate IT policies
    • Maintain and update SSP as required
    • Generate SPRS score and keep updated
    • Represent WRF subsidiaries during third-part audits
  • Manage corporate M365 enterprise - multiple domains in one M365 tenant 
    • Develop and maintain policies to maximize usability while ensuring compliance
    • Onboarding/offboarding licensed and guest accounts
    • Audit and manage permissions across the enterprise
  • Manage third-party apps and subscriptions that support the enterprise
    • Manage distribution of licenses for Adobe apps, DocuSign, PreVeil, and other third-party corporate tools
    • Serve as POC for third-party applications for renewals, troubleshooting, SSO, etc.
  • Develop and maintain corporate intranet
    • Manage/oversee development of a corporate intranet
    • Establish and maintain M365 accounts for ~100 remote workers to access corporate intranet (access is only needed for the intranet)
    • Request and maintain content for corporate intranet and provide reports on engagement
  • Support corporate users
    • Manage/oversee a third-party help desk provider for Tier 1 help desk support to all corporate users
    • Provide Tier 2/3 helpdesk support to corporate users. Provide resourceful support and liaison with Microsoft or other vendors as required to troubleshoot more challenging issues.
    • Image new computers and maintain inventory of all corporate IT assets (physical and virtual)
    • Maintain current computers and enforce IT policies primarily using remote M365 or third-party tools
  • Perform Facility Security Officer (FSO) duties for all companies within the Wood River Federal group
    • Maintain FCL records
    • Sponsor new facilities as required
    • Create FCL submission packages as required
    • Manage subjects, submit subjects for investigation, debrief departing subjects
    • Manage and submit VARs
    • Conduct annual self-assessments and represent WRF subsidiaries during external assessments when required
    • Maintain positive and productive relationship with DCSA personnel supporting WRF facilities
  • Assess corporate IT needs and manage other IT projects as required


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Five or more years' of very relevant work experience may substitute for degree requirements


Certifications:

  • Relevant Microsoft 365 Administration certifications highly desired
  • Facility Security Officer (FSO) certification or equivalent training provided by DCSA - OPTIONAL


Experience - 3-5 years preferred:

  • Experience in developing and managing IT policies, including NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and configuring security settings.
  • Experience in providing user support and troubleshooting IT issues.
  • Experience in facility security officer duties, including maintaining facility clearance records and managing security assessments (optional)


Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills for representing the company during third-party audits and interacting with DCSA personnel.
  • Attention to detail for maintaining compliance records and conducting assessments.
  • Leadership skills for managing third-party help desk providers and overseeing IT projects.
  • Problem-solving skills for investigating and resolving IT issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different departments and subsidiaries.
