Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of property management principles, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

For licensed agents, many opportunities to earn commissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of assigned residential properties, including maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work, including scheduling contractors and vendors as needed.
  • Market and advertise available units to attract prospective tenants and ensure maximum occupancy.
  • Screen and approve rental applications in accordance with company policies and fair housing regulations.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and financial statements related to property operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred - or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge or willingness to learn landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and property management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driver's license and ability to travel (gas stipend for personal vehicle use).
