Job Description

Dispatcher

Wages: $18.50 hourly

The function of the dispatcher is to communicate both internally and externally and always maintain a friendly and helpful approach.

The Dispatch is responsible for;

Answering calls and dispatching PSA as requested.

They are responsible for updating the systems, handing out, logging and all tracking of equipment

Maintaining attendance logs, tracking call outs and monitoring correct use of the time clock.

Ensuring that employees are in uniform and following their schedule

Required skills and experience;

One year of customer service or dispatch in a similar role.

Be able to multi task

Stay calm and focused under pressure

Be authoritative and always polite with employees

Must have basic to intermediate computer skills and be able to learn our operating systems

Maintain a professional phone etiquette while interacting with clients and passengers
