Field Service Manager - Southfield

Applied Innovation is seeking a team-focused, self-directed individual to manage a production service team covering eastern Michigan and northern Ohio. The team is responsible for supporting Ricoh, Canon, and Oce production machines.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Lead a team with a large geographical area maintaining production equipment
• Promote excellent customer service by leading by example.
• Manage daily activities by reviewing the dispatch console, performing ride-alongs, and auditing equipment repair. Utilize service reports to achieve industry benchmarks.
• Review the Carstock workbook to ensure technicians have the proper parts.
• Balance territory assignments to manage workload and improve customer response times. Work with other production managers to maintain territory integrity.
• Coach and motivate technicians through goal setting, 1:1, and team meetings.
• Monitor and guide technicians' training path to best meet our customers' needs based on current and projected machines in the field.
• Effectively communicate issues and resolve conflicts.
• Build Team Unity within your team and with the entire Eastside management team.

Requirements include:

• Minimum of 5 years industry experience
• Valid Michigan Driver's License
• Good Driving Record including no DUIs in the past 5 years
• HIgh School Diploma
• High-capacity, self-managed person
• Excellent communication skills
