ISN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the USMC on location in Camp Pendleton, CA.

Responsibilities & duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assisting in storing various government and company databases and documents by cataloging, indexing, identifying, and marking for efficient retrieval.
• Maintaining locator records for each document to determine its location.
• Preparing data formats
• Collecting and entering data into spreadsheets, and compiling data to develop and produce reports, information, data, and documentation.
• Providing analysis support on acquisition management.
• Assisting with correspondence, reports, or forms from rough or complicated drafts involving unusual or technical terms.
• Proofreading material to verify accuracy.
• Performing clerical duties, including maintaining files, populating electronic databases, extracting and compiling metrics, answering the telephone, and arranging appointments.
• Operating standard office machines.
• Assisting management in producing various reports.

• Three (3) years of experience in performing the duties associated with the general description above.
• Associates degree or equivalent
  • Three additional years of experience can be substituted in lieu of education requirements.
• Previous military experience preferred
