We’re hiring a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team and deliver a great experience for every customer. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Assist customers with questions and recommendations
  • Provide product information, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate customer records
    Manage sales transactions
  • Ensure a respectful and positive environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and shift leaders
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through effective service
  • Provide detailed support on company products, resolve complex service request
  • De-escalate dissatisfied customer situations and ensure a positive service experience
  • Product & Policy Support
  • Perform at a quick pace while having fun
  • Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are properly recorded and auditable
  • Communication and friendly conversation
  • Come up with great ideas to solve problems




Customer Service & Sales Representative Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
  • Must be able to work standing for multiple hours
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are required
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
  • Must be able to work in-store in Montgomery, AL
