Customer Service & Sales Representative – Job Description

The Customer Service & Sales Representative is responsible for driving territory growth by developing new customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role combines proactive sales activity with ongoing account support, ensuring customers receive timely solutions for planned maintenance agreements, parts needs, and service repairs. This position reports to the Customer Service & Sales Area Manager.


Key Responsibilities


Territory Growth & Account Development

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to strengthen relationships and expand service offerings.

• Conduct onsite visits to evaluate customer needs, equipment conditions, and potential service opportunities.
