Dishwasher - $16/hr

Wexford Hilton Head is seeking a full-time or part-time dishwasher for our Private Club Dining Operations to assist in all kitchen cleaning & maintenance functions.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain all kitchen equipment and tableware in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Assist kitchen staff in basic food preparation.
• Assist in opening and set up of the kitchen (rubber mats on floor, kitchen equipment properly stored).
• Assist in closing and breakdown of kitchen.
• Washing, polishing and proper storage of glassware, silver, china and cookware.
• Assist in receiving and proper storage of all food items, dry goods and cleaning supplies.
• Responsible for setting up workstations, cleaning and maintaining an organized, safe and efficient work area.
• Adhere to club rules, regulations and control procedures while working scheduled shifts.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
