In some larger milling environments, the Head Miller may operate under the direction of a Senior Head Miller to execute daily plans, support team development, and contribute to improvement efforts. Across all settings, this role is essential for maintaining product quality, operational efficiency, equipment performance, and the consistent execution of milling processes.
&bull: Partner with subject matter experts, HR, and learning stakeholders to assess business needs and translate them into scalable learning strategies and solutions.
&bull: Contribute to the design and development of engaging learning experiences across multiple formats, including digital, instructor-led, blended, and self-paced modules.
&bull: Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create clear, practical, and effective training content in partnership with the team.
