We are in our 23rd Year of producing our unique interview formatted career fairs for Fortune 500, Nationally Known, and Regional Companies. Hiring managers will be looking to conduct interviews from a range of companies for sales and related openings Nationwide.
Most of the Sales Representatives, Business to business ( B2B ), Outside Sales, Field Sales, and Business Development Positions available at our career fairs require Sales Reps to be responsible for generating revenue and sales by assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services. This includes using your skills to establish and maintain accounts through customer relationship management. You should be open to some level of cold calls and warm calls to prospect new business as well as grow and maintain an existing account base.
Company Training, company presentations, and additional state-of-the-art sales training are a part of your initial and ongoing growth and career path within the hiring companies.
You should be motivated to consistently meet or exceed sales performance objectives including but not limited to: individual and team revenue/ account base growth, prospecting, and product sales and or service sales. Grow account base by the continuous acquisition of new customers within your assigned territory, develop marketing plans, sales presentations, and proposals. Knowledge and experience using CRM software are helpful but generally not required.
Retain and penetrate existing accounts through applications of professional account Business Building Skills, including providing ongoing field service and customer assistance.
In some positions, your business development can be enhanced by establishing a regional presence in your territory and sales areas. Suggestions include frequenting established business and merchant associations along with Chamber of Commerce groups to help you develop a rapport with your local business community.
