Who We're Looking For:

EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Client Executive. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in acting as a navigational guide from on-boarding through renewal - they are responsible for driving client advocacy. You will handle complaints, find solutions to their issues and maintain a positive relationship with our clients ensuring our success metrics are met.

What You'll Do:

As a Strategic Account Executive, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:
  • Maintain a 99% client retention rate with referenceable clients.
  • Evaluate market and client conditions to anticipate client needs and taking appropriate action to proactively address them.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client intent, and making actionable suggestions to ensure client plans are optimized to meet client performance goals.
  • Coordinate and host quarterly account team meetings - ensure holistic understanding of client plan performance, client goals, internal goals and strategic plans.
  • Ensure that Client Executive and Client Management Leadership are promptly notified of escalated client issues/requests, systemic issues, unachievable deliverable dates, capacity limitations and any client relationship concerns.

What You Need:
  • 2+ years of experience managing accounts with self-funded employer groups
  • 2+ years of working knowledge in the pharmacy benefits management industry
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 25%
