Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator, MyTruAdvantage             
Reports To: Chief Administrative Officer
Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt                   

Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Coordinator (SOC), MyTruAdvantage is an exempt position with primary responsibility for the internal operations and vendor relationships of the sales process for SIHO’s Medicare Advantage product, MyTruAdvantage (MTA). The SOC will work closely with the MTA Sales, Marketing, Compliance and other internal teams to support continued growth for the plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as key point of contact/subject matter expert, and oversee updates/maintenance of MTA’s enrollment/shopping site(s)
• Serve as key point of contact/subject matter expert, and oversee updates/maintenance for MTA’s Agent portal
• Organize and Track Agent Status (newly contracted, renewal status, etc.)
• Audit Agent commission payouts
• Provide regular reporting on Sales numbers/metrics
• Attend meetings as needed with MTA’s supplemental vendors
• Participate in meetings and discussions with Marketing, Sales and Compliance teams
• Track sponsorships/event requests
• Audit Agent and Member Communications
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Skills and Educational Requirement:

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
• Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Post-secondary education or two years experience in a similar role
• Medicare/Medicare Advantage Experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools is preferred, but not required
