Job Description

Industrial Finishes and Systems. Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to join our warm and friendly team in Indianapolis, IN!

If you are motivated, enjoy sales, and take pride in building and maintaining relationships with customers, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! This position provides one-on-one, sales-orientated service to your existing customers, as well as ample opportunity and expectation to secure new business. Experience in automotive and industrial paint and coatings preferred. Experience in outside sales is preferred.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to...

  • Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients - we'll offer you lots of training opportunities along the way. Your colleagues, inside staff and vendor reps are here to help!
  • Contact provided leads for prospective new accounts
  • Follow a designed sales process
  • Reach sales targets within given deadlines
  • Close and follow-up on sales transactions
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
  • Some travel is required
