Job Title: Technical Operations Manager
Compensation Range: $90,000-$100,000 + 10% Bonus DOE

This role is remote anywhere in the US.

Position Overview: The Technical Operations Manager will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the Customer Services organization. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to enhance business processes, streamline operations, and improve overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to bring people together to achieve common goals. The ideal candidate will have a diversity of experience to better inform the best route forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication and Collaboration
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, fostering communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather insights, identify challenges, and develop solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • This person is known for bringing people together, improving collaboration, and finding solutions that work for multiple parties

Problem Solving and Solution Design
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop creative and effective solutions to address operational challenges, emphasizing simplicity and efficiency.
  • Implement solutions and monitor their effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.

Detail Management
  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, paying meticulous attention to detail to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Manage resources and timelines to meet project goals and objectives.

Business Optimization
  • Continuously evaluate business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize productivity.

Customer and Employee Experience
  • Work closely with the internal teams to improve the customer and employee experience.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement that impacts the customer experience, preferably in a tech company or startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a track record of implementing innovative and effective solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
  • Passion for driving continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence.
