Moneta seeks a Talent Engagement and Retention Manager who will be responsible for guiding the ongoing development and day-to-day implementation of the company's employee engagement and performance strategies, ensuring they are closely aligned with our organizational objectives. The primary goal will be enhancing retention, performance, and overall engagement levels among our workforce. This position demands impartiality, consistency, and fairness, along with the capability to recognize potential areas of concern and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and implement systems for continuous feedback via new hire, stay and exit interviews, optimizing data collection and analysis process.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive organization strategy and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Execute strategic employee experiences, events and other activities, focusing on remote execution when necessary, promoting recognition, appreciation and engagement.
- Plan and deliver unique employee events and experiences, including annual calendar and budget development supporting total firm and individual team and department cohesion.
- Stay updated on trends in employee listening, engagement and retention, integrating innovative approaches.
- Oversee delivery of internal and external pulse engagement surveys.
- Identify high-risk candidates and develop turnover mitigation strategies using data analysis.
- Act as a liaison for HR, serving as an initial point of contact for employees.
- Collaborate with appropriate departments to develop and deliver internal communication strategies to reinforce company culture.
- Understand key performance indicators, handling employee performance concerns autonomously and guiding managers through resolution.
- Oversee and manage the firm's employee performance assessments, communication and training.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee engagement, organizational development, retention and recognition related roles.
- Experience in event planning and execution preferred.
- Experience with HRIS reporting and analysis, with proficiency in analytical tools.
