How you will make an impact: 
As a RN Care Coordinator at Northfield Retirement Community, you will have the ability to connect with older adults one-on-one embracing a person-centered approach, treating every individual with unwavering dignity. In this role, you will ensure that the health and safety of all residents are met by training staff on medical procedures and policies, keeping the facility in compliance with current regulations, and modeling professional and positive behavior. Schedule varies: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday with flexible day-time hours and an on-call rotation. 

What you will need: 

• Current Minnesota nursing license
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
• Must be able to pass MN Background Check
