Successful HVAC company in Conroe is seeking a CSR/Dispatch Coordinator with strong customer service and administrative skills. GREAT attention to detail, multi task oriented and strong conflict resolution skills are highly desired for this position. The primary responsibilities are answering high volume customer calls, booking service calls, scheduling technicians, management of dispatch board, and ordering parts. Other responsibilities include: customer account management, maintenance database management, receiving of parts and fleet management. HVAC industry experience desired, but not required. Hours are 7:30-4:30, M-F. No phone calls please.
