Solar Sales Representative

We seek an energetic, creative, and self-motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This 1099 commission-based sales position has an uncapped earning potential with average commissions between $3,000 and $12,000 per installation. No territory restrictions within MA, RI, CT, and eastern NY. 

Key Responsibilities of our Solar Sales Representative:

• Generate and qualify leads through various marketing strategies, including door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, online marketing, and participation in tabling events.
• Schedule and conduct both in-home and virtual solar consultations to educate homeowners on solar energy benefits.
• Provide exceptional customer experience during all interactions.
• Maintain daily detailed records of client communications, leads, and referrals using ERPs and CRMs, along with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Engage in daily team meetings and training events to enhance knowledge and skills.
