Case Manager

D2 Government Solutions (D2GS) is seeking one full time candidate for Case Manager at our Cottage Grove Armory, MN site.

Responsibilities:

• oversees preparation, advises and reviews all packets for accuracy and completeness prior to signing and forwarding to the next level in each system
• responsible for the preparation and management of Reserve Component Managed Care (RCMC) cases and Army Recovery Care Program (ARCP).
• responsible for submitting Incapacitation Pay (INCAP) packets.

Qualifications:

• Case Manager positions shall be filled at a minimum by either:
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN)
• Social Worker
• Army MOS of 68 or 42 series level 4 as comparable credentials or AOC Series 67-73 with degree
• Care Coordinator with six years experience or equivalent experience, knowledge and/or abilities
• Familiar with Army Medical Department’s MODS to include (not all inclusive):

1. Medical Readiness Portal
2. eProfile
3. Medical Health Assessment (MHA)
4. Medical Protection System (MEDPROS)
5. MEDPROS Web Based Data Entry (MWDE)
6. National Guard Bureau’s MEDCHART
7. Electronic Medical Management Processing System (eMMPS)
8. MEBPrep
9. eCase
10. MED-DET Site
