We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in our Denver, CO office. In this role, you will assist with office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.

The Role

  • Assists with office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required
  • Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
  • Maintains office supplies inventory
  • Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative, clerical or office support experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate.
  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, ability to learn new software efficiently
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to work for prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
