We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Support Technician / Installer to join our growing team. This role involves the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of telecommunications systems and related add-ons for business clients across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and comfortable working with modern VoIP and unified communications platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and support telecommunications equipment and system add-ons
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
  • Perform system upgrades, moves, adds, and changes
  • Document installations, configurations, and service activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion
