Project Manager - Electrical Permitting


Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager - to lead Telecommunications construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee wireless telecommunications, electrical system design, installation, and coordination on diverse construction sites. The ideal candidate will bring strong telecommunications electrical engineering expertise, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate telecommunications construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans and other construction management tools to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Oversee electrical system design, schematic review, and blueprint reading to ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, reviewing contracts and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress through regular site visits, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work meets specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and team members to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues promptly.

Must Haves

  • MUST have Contractor Electrical License for North Carolina
  • Telecommunications Experience


Requirements

  • Proven experience in telecommunications, electrical engineering, construction management, or related fields.
  • Strong background in construction site experience, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and system design.
  • Knowledge of NEC standards, contracts administration, and project scheduling best practices.
