CSP plays a critical role in helping our clients build and manage relevant technology solutions to manage and grow their businesses. You will have access to many levels of support and education as well as use industry leading technology support tools and methods to deliver Enterprise Class Service and Solutions to our clients. This is not a remote position.

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain optimum performance of systems via routine maintenance and comprehensive documentation for Server Administration (OS, AD, GPO), Physical/Virtual Machines, and all third-party systems SAAS/HAAS and any integrations to On-Premise or Cloud Devices.
  • Help Resolve Complex Hardware Issues
  • Help Resolve Complex Software Issues
  • Ensure Environments maintain metric thresholds via established reporting tools (ScalePad, Sophos, Nable)
  • Champion System Upgrades as necessary (OS, Hardware/Software/Firmware, Dell Servers/Power Vaults); Research relevant options by completing comprehensive discovery, prepare Statement of Work and Product Quotations to support Project Plan Deliverable.
  • Advanced/Expert Level Knowledge; Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Partner Center; License/Subscription Administration.
  • On Premise Exchange/Google/Legacy Mail Systems to M365 Migrations.
  • Share Point, One Drive, Teams Administration and Advanced/Complex Support
  • Microsoft Azure
  • GCC/GCC High Experience
  • Advanced/Expert Level Knowledge; Sophos Firewall/End Point/WAP, MDR or similar type solutions.
  • Advanced/Expert Level Knowledge in Backup and Disaster Recovery; Datto or similar type solutions.
  • Advanced/Expert Level Knowledge in Network Design and Administration (TCP/IP, DNS, SNMP, VLAN)
  • Advanced/Expert Level Knowledge of Industry Management Software; ConnectWise, Nable, Pass-Portal, ITGlue, ScalePad, Auvik.
  • Basic to Advanced Level Knowledge of Manufacturing Solutions; ERP Systems; Global Shop/Epicor/EVO or similar solutions. Management/Engineering Solutions; Shop Floor Automation, Scytec, SolidWorks, PDM Vault, Predator, Bartender.
  • Project Management Experience; Hardware or Software Lifecycle Management P2P/P2V/V2V Migrations, Low Voltage Structured Cable Projects, IT infrastructure deployment or relocations.
  • General Understanding of Regulatory Compliance (NIST/CMMC, ISO, PCI)
  • Occasional Flex Shift to Nights/Weekends/After-Hours to support Installations, Upgrades, etc.

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years experience working for an MSP or Enterprise IT Department
  • Roles of increasing responsibilities beginning at a Helpdesk I/II role demonstrating growth via training and tribal knowledge.
  • A sincere and disciplined desire to learn and grow your skill set and be a subject matter expert in all things you do.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+.
  • Relevant Microsoft Role Based Certifications or Certified Professional Certifications
  • Highly effective communication skills as this is a client facing role. Need to have a genuine desire to help clients learn how to use and effectively manage new technologies. Must be able to clearly Speak, Read and Write in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and on-going tasks within a project to meet or exceed deadlines and effectively communicate and plan for and around delays.
  • Ability to work closely with Vendors and Suppliers such as; Hardware/Software Manufacturers and Distributors, Internet Service Providers, VOIP Providers, Professional Service Providers. 
  • Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
  • Must be available for occasional Evenings/Weekends/After-Hour shifts, Travel to support Installations, Upgrades, etc.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs and meet the physical requirements of the job.
