Marketing Brand Manager

Right Now Air & Solar has an aggressive expansion strategy for HVAC, Solar, Batteries, Whole House Generators and NetZero Homes in our area. At Right Now, we leverage our history and expertise to lead a rapidly developing market. As a result, the company is one of leading companies in the specialty HVAC and Alternative Energy industry. We are headquartered in Vacaville, CA.

Responsibilities:
--- Analyze market data and consumers insights, recommend strategies and action plans
--- Contribute to 5-year strategic plan for the brand
--- Develop and execute the annual integrated marketing plan
--- Owns Brand assets management and development, ensuring consistent brand image and messaging
--- Lead New Products developments: innovation, renovation of products; prepare and coordinate Go to Market plans
--- Recommend, develop and execute brand communication activities including website, Social Media and PR
--- Lead and implement operational marketing to support sales
--- Manage marketing budget and analyze PL for new products and projects
--- Engage with consumers and customers at events and trade shows to support the brand and increase brand awareness
--- Place in organization
--- Reports to the CEO
--- Manages a Creative Graphic Designer
--- Cross-functional relationship with other departments (sales, finance, install, RD)

Qualifications:
--- Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Business Preferred
--- (REQUIRED) 4+ years' experience in Brand Management at a consumer products/services company
--- Excellent analytic skills and ability to translate analysis into actions
--- Strong digital marketing, SEO knowledge, Google Ads, Facebook re Marketing, Youtube, TikTok
--- A leader that uses listening and communication skills to gain acceptance for ideas and can coordinate and manage projects
--- Can partner successfully within teams and cross-functionally to get things accomplished
--- Technology lover with strong consumer understanding
--- 4 years of relevant experience (Required)

We provide heating, cooling, installation, repair, and maintenance in Vacaville, CA, and the surrounding areas. We also do air, water filtration, solar, battery backup and whole house generators.
